Bushbuddy Pho

For Christmas last year, Katrina got me a Bushbuddy wood stove! It took a few months to arrive, and it was completely worth the wait.

I’m glad I got the original — you can read about its creator here.

I love backpacking with it. It’s lightweight and I don’t have to worry about running out of fuel.

It’s also contemplative self-care for me to prepare the kindling, light the fire, and then tend it. I’m not really in a hurry when I get out in nature.
